You are in the right place
You are not Imagining the Pain
Some of the patients who find their way to Hope OnBoard Physical Therapy have been living with pain for over a year. Some for decades. They have seen provider after provider, sometimes more than twenty, each one treating a single symptom while the root cause of the pain goes unaddressed. They have been told their results look normal. That they will have to live with the pain. They have been given exercises that did not help.
What they had not yet found was someone who would sit down, listen to the whole story, connect every piece of it, and simply refuse to give up.
That is what Hope OnBoard Physical Therapy is here for.

She Doesn’t Give Up.
Most providers treat what they can see and move on. Sharon pulls the whole picture together: every scan, every symptom, every specialist you have already seen. She connects the dots, breaks the cycle, and if another specialist or diagnostic test is what you need, she will point you in the right direction and bring those findings back into your care.

1
Book Your Free Consultation Call
Reach out and Sharon will call you back, usually within 48 hours. You will discuss your situation and your pain, and whether physical therapy is the right next step for you right now. If something else should come first, she will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
2
Complete Your Intake Paperwork
Before your first visit, Sharon will ask you to complete a short intake form. This gives her a clear picture of the timeline of your pain symptoms, what medical providers you have seen, imaging you have had, and treatments that have been done.
3
Your In-Home Evaluation
Sharon comes to you. Your first session is a thorough evaluation in your own environment, where she assesses your condition.
4
Your Ongoing Treatment Plan
From here, sessions are tailored entirely to you and your progress. Most patients are given around 20 minutes of simple daily exercises to support their recovery between visits, so healing continues even when Sharon is not there.

MEET DR. SHARON, PT, DPT, MPT, CCTT
A Calling, Not a Career Choice.
Dr. Sharon Tatum, PT, DPT has known since she was seventeen that this was her calling. A career compatibility test in high school pointed her toward physical therapy and led her to volunteer at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital in Malvern, Pennsylvania. She walked into a gym full of therapists helping people living with severe pain and significant mobility loss. She felt a warmth in her heart and knew immediately that this was her purpose in life. Thirty years later, that conviction has not dimmed by a single degree.

"It hit my heart the moment I walked in. I knew this was what I needed to do. I wanted to be one of those therapists, the ones who help the people nobody else can."
